Note that (curl E = 0) depends on the central nature of the force

between charges, and on the fact that the force is a function of

relative distances only,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
but does not depend on the inverse square nature.
the central force 要表达的是力朝向径向方向的力
也就是球座标中的r方向的量
然後a function of relative distance only 可以解读为 f(r)
从数学我们可以得到 curl ( f(r)<r> ) = 0
这里<r> 是径向方向的单位向量
所以说 curl E = 0
