标题[问题] 关於重力位能

各位板友好~有道题目因为有点看不太懂，所以希望各位板友可以帮帮忙~~~
问题是这样的(因为怕翻译有误所以用原文的~)
A swimming pool is filled with water (total mass M)to a height h. Explain
why the gravitational potential energy of the water is 1/2Mgh. Where does the
factor of 1/2 come from? How much work be done to fill the pool, if there
supply of water at ground level? What does this have to do with capacitors?
第一个问题我是有比较直观的答案，但是又怕这样不够严谨，至於後面两个问题就真的不
太懂要怎麽解决了~ 希望有哪位好心的板友可以帮帮我的忙~~谢谢罗~~!!
