误差跟量测次数是以n^1/2来变的
算出standard dev跟average 这是10次的 每便100倍误差压一个order

: (B) 160 s
: (C) 2,000 s
: (D) 5,000 s
: (E) 6,400 s
算起来很烦 一分钟一题 so我会猜c
: 我该看哪些主题，或着是看哪些书。
