= h c / (eV)^2 补上 h 和 c 因为在natural units时 我们把它忽略了
因此我们必须找取适当的a和b 以致於可以符合SI时的单位

h = eV * s ==> h = eV * s
b b -b
c = m / s ==> c = m * s
a-2 a-b b
σ = eV * s * m
很明显 a=2 b=2
2 2
σ = h c / eV^2
