标题[问题] 高斯定理可用来解释环型带电环电场吗？

Can Gauss' law be used to determine the electric field at a distance d from
the center and on a lene perpendicular to the ring or disk? If not ,why not?
无意间有人问我的题目～我目前的想法是认为不行！理由是找不到一个封闭的高斯面。
不过这样的答案好像不太严谨，所以想问一下板上的各位这个题目真正的观念。
