[题目]for the dipole consists of two equal and opposite charges +-q separated
by a distance d.expand 1/η+- to order (d/r)^3 and use this to determine the
quadrupole and octopole terms in the potential.
[瓶颈] 不知道什麽意义？？？
是说dipole 也可以用多极展开来表示吗？？？？ (写写自己的想法，方便大家为你解答)
