Requirements 1) PhD in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 2) Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Data Mining or Machine Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence) 3) Programming experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Python 4) Contributions to research communities and/or efforts, including publishing papers in machine learning venues Employment Type: Contract/ Full Time Length of the project: Contract length of 2 years. Subject to renewal after one year depending on performance. Requirements Qualified candidates must have: 1) a Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biology, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field; 2) expertise or fluency in large-scale data analysis, statistics, genomics, machine learning, and/or related field; 3) proficient in programming. Candidates with experience in developing machine learning algorithms and/or trained in quantitative genetics, evolutionary biology, or population genetics are especially encouraged to apply.
