简单跟各位前辈先进分享近年的投稿经验，我原本帐号是dk191726， 无奈当兵後忘记原本的帐号密码...有兴趣的人可以收寻我前文 First 1. 领域： CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY 2. 期刊名称：Chemical Communications, 21/163 (学门指标性期刊) 3. 被accepted/revised/rejected： Reject and Resubmit -> Accepted with suitable revision Revisions as a Paper -> Accept 4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果： Submission -> 4 weeks -> Sent to an adjudicative referee-> 2 weeks -> Revised for submission -> 2 weeks -> Accepted (Total 2 months) 5. reviewer的数目：3 心得: 这是我博班最後一个题目，2013年11月口试完，约留到隔年1月补完数据办离校 写完manuscript後开始一连串的投稿，一直试到最後的ChemComm才被接收。这中间编辑 还找了仲裁： I am writing to update you on the progress of your recent submission to ChemComm. I apologise that the length of the review process on this occasion is longer than is usual for ChemComm and we are not yet able to provide you with an editorial decision. Unfortunately, the two initial reports did not contain agreeing recommendations; your manuscript has therefore been sent to an adjudicative referee. 运气不错，最後一位referee给了好评，编辑给修改後接受，在当兵前赶紧补了数据 (老师人很好有给工读金)，最後在入伍当天收到接受函，新训结束後才知道XD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 以下投稿皆是博後时期的经验 Second 1. 领域： CHEMISTRY, ANALYTICAL 2. 期刊名称：Journal of Chromatography A, 11/75 (学门指标性期刊) 3. 被accepted/revised/rejected： Reject and Resubmit -> Accepted with minor revision Revisions as a Paper -> Accept 4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果： Submission -> 3 months -> Revised for submission -> 2 days -> Accepted -> 11 days 5. reviewer的数目：2 心得： 这篇算是老板朋友邀稿的，过程还算顺利，不过审稿时间算有点久。 审稿意见中其中一个referee是副主编，只要求格式修改，另一个只问了一个问题。 所以我们收到信後很快地在两天内就回覆给编辑，不久就收到接受信了! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Third 1. 领域： CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY 2. 期刊名称：Small, 17/163 (学门极具声望之学术期刊，IF > 8) 3. 被accepted/revised/rejected： Reject and Resubmit -> Accepted with minor revision Revisions as a Paper -> Accept 4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果： Submission -> 4.5 months -> Revised for submission -> 4 days -> Accepted -> 1 day 5. reviewer的数目：2 心得：这篇是老板跟美国大咖合作的结果，前前後後花了我们快两年的时间， 包含文章修改、投稿时间、补足实验等，历经沧桑... 这篇一开始是老板自己投稿，一开投稿至JACS，很开心Stang有送外审，但结果不如 预期，从referee中学到了很多经验，之後我们遵循comment认真修改了文章，接着改 投至ANIE、Nano Letter、皆未送审，後来美国大咖建议由他来投稿，挂共同通讯作者 (以他为主)，改投至Advanced Mateials，送外审之後，referee意见一正一反，编辑 建议转投子期刊。接着花了一点时间补实验修改後，美国大老觉得文章品质整体提升， 不如再试试JACS的Full paper (先前为communication)，并在cover letter中注明修改 内容，不久就收到mail说文章已发派给Prof. Yaghi处理，但美国大老似乎跟那位副主 编有过节於似就写了信给Stang要求更换副主编，Stang要求我们提出理由为何不合适 (原来这就是所谓的 conflict of interest)，我就找了几篇副主编的文章表示主题雷同 Stang也认同我的表徵，但结果变成他来处理我们的稿件。审稿完毕，两个referee， 一个直接reject说内容不适合 (我强烈怀疑根本是那个副主编审稿的)，另一个建议 小修後接受，美国大老感到不悦，写信抗辩说referee 1 is too bias，并举了一堆文献 说明我们的工作在该领域是有很大的重要性与突破，但还是失败... 接着改投至ANIE，主编提出为什麽文章主题一样但主要通讯作者换人的问题，於是又写了 信回覆并highlight出文章做了哪些修改，并解释了与前一版的不同，但编辑最後还是给 了拒稿: Thank you for your email and for the explanation. I do not agree with you that "In addition, since no review comments were provided from the previous submission to Angew as well as the concepts/tones were newly formulated and most (>70%) of the results are new from a lot of newly designed experiments, it is very difficult to assume that the new version is merely a revised/extended version of the previous submission." Therefore I do not accept your arguements that the emphasis of the manuscripts is different and that they should not be treated as related submissions. 最後最後，我们将文章转投至Small，一个礼拜後副编辑没送外审，罐头信件拒稿， 我们又写了抗辩信，说明之前投稿至Advanced Materials主编给转投至子期刊， 等了约1个月都没消息 (这中间还写了两封信询问进度)，於是美国大老直接写信给主编， We are very disappointed that the Editor Dr. XXX just simply ignored our appeal sent on September 23, 2015 as well as two follow-up emails sent on October 5 &12, 2015 to check the status of our appeal, which definitely is very unprofessional. In light of this, we have to withdraw our manuscript (smll.201502817) from Small. 三天後编辑回信表示要重启我们的文章给予送审 (吵闹的小孩有糖吃?)，历经三个月 後收到意见，两个正面，并没什麽太大问题，编辑还给了VIP与Frontispiece， 这个成果还特别在Materials Views China中报导，觉得好事多磨阿... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fourth 1. 领域： CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY 2. 期刊名称：Langmuir, 35/163 3. 被accepted/revised/rejected： Reject and Resubmit -> Accepted with minor revision Revisions as a Paper-> Accept 4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果： Submission -> 4 weeks -> Revised for submission -> 1 week -> Accepted -> 2 weeks 5. reviewer的数目：3 心得：这篇工作一开始是投稿至Analytical Chemistry，但referee不青睐我们的工作， 於是改投至Langmuir。在ACS系统中我们也将先前被AC副编辑的建议给附上 After a careful study of the manuscript and considering the reviewers' comments, I regret to inform you that I have decided against publication. The potential usefulness of your work is not in question. However, in light of the reviewers' evaluation and comments, I do not believe that publication is justified. 一个月後收到审稿意见，两正一反，其中反的那位referee还是跟送审到AC的同一位.. 不知道是编辑故意找同一位还是巧合?建议大家收到的comment还是要照着改... 不过编辑人很好，给我们小修後接受。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fifth 1. 领域： CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY 2. 期刊名称：Chemistry-A European Journal, 24/163 (学门指标性期刊) 3. 被accepted/revised/rejected： Reject and Resubmit -> Accepted with minor revision Revisions as a Paper-> Accept 4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果： Submission -> 3 months -> Revised for submission -> 4 days -> Accepted -> 1 day 5. reviewer的数目：3 心得：上个月刚被接受的工作，运气还不错。主要是实验过程中发现材料的另一项特性 於是就改写主文跟补了一些数据，强调此方法可以改善以往的缺点。3位审稿人都给高度 评价，副编辑直接说文章快被接受了，并同时寄信询问制作封面的意愿，个人觉得程序有 点怪，如果最後被拒稿，那封面是要算谁的XD 最後文章没意外被接受了，不过只有选到Inside Cover (花了1000 EUR)。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 以上是小弟最近的投稿经验，分享给各位先进。我目前还在努力发表文章中，投稿至JACS 还在跟Stang抗辩中，老板觉得有试有机会。希望各位投稿顺利喔! --
