标题[心得] 投稿经验--IEEE TWC

1. 领域：Wireless Communications
2. 期刊名称：IEEE Transaction on Wireless Communications
3. 被accepted/revised/rejected：Major-> Major-> Minor-> Minor-> Accepted
4. 投稿後大约多久才收到结果：
a) submission -> 1st decision: 3 months
b) review of R1: 2 months
c) review of R2: 1.5 months
d) review of R3: 1.5 months
e) review of R4: 5 days
5. reviewer的数目：5
这篇从2014年1月投, 12月终於被接收, 一审拿到80多条意见,
5位审稿者中两位正面, 两位负面, 一位是捣乱的,
因为意见太多, 还跟editor申请宽限两星期,
二审只剩三位, 大约剩下10条意见, 一位质疑创新性, 另两位继续追位技术性问题,
三审剩下一位, 问了一个独立於此研究的问题, 解释清楚後,
过了几天就被接收了.
心得是鼓励大家第一轮结果再怎麽糟糕都别轻易放弃!
另一心得是人生苦短, 一年只搞一篇=.=
