标题[问题] 投稿问题请教

我於三月中投了pattern recognition letter，十一月多的时候有写信去问Editor，
Ediotr的回应是
The paper is either with an editor or a reviewer; all receive reminders.
Should you feel the process is taking too long. Please ask us to recheck;
you might like to consider withdrawal of your paper.
我有问过老板将他撤销再转投，老板似乎是觉得再等一阵子看看，
请问有投过此期刊的版友，这期刊超过九个月还没有revise是合理范围吗
版上的先进可以给我ㄧ些建议吗，谢谢。
