SIXERS COMPLETE 3-TEAM TRADE WITH MEMPHIS AND NEW ORLEANS - 1/4/2012
PHILADELPHIA, PA. – JANUARY 4, 2012 – The Philadelphia 76ers announced
today that the team has traded forward Marreese Speights to Memphis as part
of a three-team trade which also involves New Orleans. The Sixers will
receive the Hornets second round pick in 2013 and a protected second round
pick from the Grizzlies in 2012, while Memphis sends guard Xavier Henry to
New Orleans.
七六人官方宣布已经与曼非斯与纽澳良完成了三方交易，
其中最重要的部份是七六人将前锋 Marreese Speights 送到灰熊，
而灰熊後卫 Xavier Henry 被送至黄蜂。
七六人在当中可以拿到黄蜂队2013年的完整权利二轮选秀权，
以及灰熊 2012 的受限第二轮选秀权。
“We wish Marreese all the best as he starts a new chapter in his career with
Memphis,” Sixers President of Basketball Operations Rod Thorn said. “This
trade will give us additional assets moving forward, including a trade
exception, which will help us as we look to continue to improve our team.”
Rod Thorn:「我们祝福 Marreese 可以在灰熊新的环境当中能够顺利。
这个交易让我们球队可以继续往前进，
尤其除了选秀权之外，我们还拿到了交易特例(Trade Exception)

Speights was the 16th overall pick by the Sixers in the 2008 NBA Draft. In
205 career games with four starts, he is averaging 7.2 points and 3.7
rebounds in 14.7 minutes per game. Speights did not appear in any of the four
games for Philadelphia this season.
Marreese Speights 是 2008 以第一轮第十六顺位被七六人选中。
在他不算长的职业生涯当中代表费城初赛 205 场，并且有四场比赛是先发。
他在平均 14.7 分钟的上场时间缴出 7.2 分 3.7 篮板的成绩。
但七六人本季主教练 Doug Collins 到现在「连一秒都没让他上场过」。

就是 NO, MEM 各出一个选秀权换一个球员
七六人没有负担任何的薪资，而得到了两个交易特例额度 (分别来自NO与MEM)
详细的过程：
NO 拿二轮选秀权与灰熊换回 Xavier，产生第一份TE
然後灰熊再拿着 NO 的交易特例与选秀权，加上自己的选秀权，
换回 Speights, 旧交易特例消失，费城拿到两个完整的交易特例(可并用)
