标题[请益] 有关php的html_entity_decode

因为读取网页资料，所以会有些特殊字元
像是「'」这个
在html里面是「'」
可是，html_entity_decode没办法把他还原耶…请问有什麽办法还原吗？
google没找到…不过像是"等，这个函式都可以还原…
请教大大们会怎麽做？
