FA team formation (sort out and count the fault information and establish a failure analysis team); 2. Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other methods to analyze failure causes, including cell & module disassembly); 3. Improve the overall planning of meetings (convene team members, discuss and formulate analysis, and improve the verification plan); 4. Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and confirm the improvement verification effect); 5. FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D report (form lesson learning and form a closed loop); 6. Coordination of resources related to the analysis process; 7. Report to customers as required. Job requirements: 1. At least 3 years FA related experience or at least 1 year BMS related working experience is preferred; 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, materials or machinery; 3. Understand the structure and functional principle of lithium battery and power battery system, as well as the production and manufacturing process, and master the failure mechanism of the system involving machinery, electricity, chemistry, heat and so on; 4. Understand scientific and engineering analysis methods such as FTA, fishbone diagram and 5WHY, and have strong logical thinking ability; 5. Can use CATIA and other drawing software, can identify 3D drawing and product explosion drawing, skillfully use office software, and have certain data analysis and processing ability; 6. Have a sense of teamwork, strong communication skills and strong pressure resistance; 7. Proficient in foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing (English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.). Customer Quality Engineer Job location: Multiple locations (Michigan, New York, Texas, California) Job Description: 1. Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction; 2. The CQE should have the ability to handle abnormal problems in customer receipt and assembly process and make preliminary judgments. 5W2H method can be used to describe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately; 3. Able to containment/isolate/sorting the defective products at the customer's project location according to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis; 4. Rework the defective products in customer side in time, actively communicate with the customer to reduce the number of product returns; 5. Supervise employees to operate according to SOP in reworking; 6. Follow up assembly process in client, cooperate to solve the problem in assembly process. Identify potential risk for customer using. 7. Actively report the products usage and be able to handle emergencies independently. 8. Responsible for the summary of customer quality problem in the charge of the areas; 9. Follow up the quality problem solving process (according to customer requirements). 10. Accept exchange to different regions to assist with customer quality problems; 11. Accept other tasks arranged by superiors. Job Requirement: 1. More than 3 year customer quality engineer experience in energy storage industry is preferred 2. Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA etc. Quality system; understand the quality improvement tools (eg: FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC); 3. Understand the basic principles of battery operation, understand the basic characteristics of communication failure and mechanical structure failure, understand product failure analysis methods ; 4. Familiar with office software, with basic statistical analysis, report summary and reporting capabilities; 5.
