标题[北美] 填写I-9所需文件

我现在是以ＯＰＴ身份待在美国
雇主丢了一份I-9要我在第一天上班前填好
请问我除了附上
1. 护照影本
2. I-94
还需要附上其他文件吗？例如ＥＡＤ卡或I-797影本

欸？我看到Form I-9的Section 1写employees must complete and sign section 1 of
form I-9 no later than the first day of employment,所以我以为这部分要自己填
关於证件，最後面的lists of acceptable document 上写employee may present one
selection from list A, or a combination of one selection from List B and one
selection from list C
List A中的第五项是
For a nonimmogrant alien authorized to work for a specific employer
because of his or her status:
a. Foreign passport; and
b. Form I-94 or Form I-94A
所以我才认为至少需要护照跟I-94
