今天收到请托在北京有个Opening, 若有兴趣请寄CV和Cover Letter到信箱 [email protected] 我是在印度的TCS, 所以对这工作并不是很熟悉, 但RMG team说内容大致已经说明一切 XD Senior Business Analyst - Job Description PROJECT RELATED COMPETENCIES ‧ Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry (especially for Government and public sector organisation). ‧ Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. ‧ Documents client organization's direction, structure, business processes and requirements. ‧ Researches various areas of process optimization, process re-engineering areas and business process improvement/Management areas. ‧ Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. ‧ Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. ‧ Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements /Business Requirements Document; Use Cases; GUI; Screen and Interface designs) ‧ Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES ‧ Working with the Government /Public Sector Unit of TCS China ‧ Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers ‧ Undertake Requirement Study and analysis with various Government entities/ departments/public sector organisations. ‧ Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. ‧ Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. ‧ Responsible for gathering and analyzing Business requirements of the project and transmitting of the same to development team. ‧ Prepare a roadmap for Implementation of Software/PoCs. ‧ Issue analysis and escalation as per the process defines. ‧ Closely working with project management team and development team to ensure delivery in committed time. ‧ Responsible for helping the development team to understand and clarify the functional requirements. ‧ Prepare Precise and detailed Functional Specification Documents, Reqement Specification documents and User Interface Guides. ‧ Supporting the release team during software release and deployment process. ‧ Helping in testing the software as per client’s requirement by developing test cases/scenarios. ‧ Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. ‧ Works with client personnel to identify required changes. ‧ Communicates needed changes to development team. ‧ Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES ‧ Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner. ‧ Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules ‧ Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. ‧ Communicates and applies project standards. ‧ Manages in accordance with project schedule. ‧ Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project QUALIFICATIONS ‧ Education: Bachelor Degree (Or Equivalent of 4+ years / MCA / MBA) ‧ Should have English as 1st language / 2nd language/passed O level (Should have communication /interpretation skills in English) TECHNICAL SKILLS ‧ MS Windows – All versions ‧ Possesses understanding in the areas of application design, database and system design. ‧ Business process Reengineering (BPR) and Business Process Management (BPM) skills ‧ Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures. ‧ Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other. ‧ Natural Language interpretation/annotation/using SOFT SKILLS ‧ Strong Team player – working with multi cultural/international team. Facilitates effective team interaction. ‧ Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. ‧ Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model. ‧ Manages the process of innovative change. ‧ Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
