Why do you want to work in Microsoft?
Why do you apply for Technical Account Manager?
What's your biggest challenge among the school projects you had?
What's the biggest challenge in the software industry now?
What is your favorite Microsoft Product?
Among the class you took in school, which one you didn't do well? why?
Do you have any question?
心得: 提醒自己要慢慢讲，最後还是讲太快。整个 Phone Interview 不到 15 分钟...
只有两个问题对方有继续追问，似乎不是好现象 XD
我问了两个问题：
What is the most desirable qualification for Technical Account Manager?
ans: passion to technology product and help customer(他喜欢这个问题)
Is there a specific product TAM focus on?
ans: we are more of breath instead of depth (for primer support)
备注: 面试官不是 HR，似乎是 Technical Account Manager
(不知道板上有没有TAM的前辈)
