转贴自Radio 1 Message boards上的留言: OASIS NEW ALBUM...any good? chris gumm - 17 Apr 2002 11:18 - 10th post As I have followed Oasis since there first single, and even stuck with them on the release of their 'transitional' album SOTSOG, I had my hopes high and fingers crossed on the new album, Heathen Chemistry. My first taste, like most other peoples, was of the new single The Hindu Times, which in my opinion is a storming track, which sounds as if it was made between Mornin Glory and Be here Now. Then, slap my wrists if you will, I got my hands on a copy of the album, and I can say with my ass held high, that this aint no dissapointment. This ROCKS and ROLLS in the only Oasis no how. Look out for Stop Cryin Your Heart Out, which is a definate live ballad, and stands right up there with Champagne Supernova. Also all 3 of Liams tracks, which are amazing(and quite suprising), especially Songbird, which if like me you are a Beatles fan, sounds like one Mr Lennon would of penned out himself. Please though, if like me you already have a copy of this album, still go and buy the original. They are a band who deserve our support. They do all these great gigs and live sets and I dont no about you, but I aint gonna do them out of the money they deserve for this masterpiece. CONGRATULATIONS LADS --
