回应一下上面几则新闻。
官网上， Shearer 做了如下说明：
"I did not say I would quit.What I did say was that, I wanted to play regular
football in my final season at the club."
"There are reports that Newcastle are going to sign some players, and with the
excellent players we already have I know full well that we can only play two
up front."
"I'd never take my place in the team for granted, but form permitting then
obviously I'd like to be regular."
个人认为，最後一句很中肯。
另外，有被其它新闻提及，Shearer 再 27 球，就能成为 Newcastle United 史上最多
进球者。
