Colangelo Wants Kidd for the 2008 Olympics

He may have traded him away in 2001, but Jerry Colangelo, now the head of USA
Basketball, wants Jason Kidd to play for Uncle Sam in the 2008 Beijing
Olympics. Kidd told writers that Colangelo contacted his agent about playing
for Team USA and that he is considering it. His family has to go along, he
added. Kidd joked that he could be the 11th or 12th man on the team. Kidd did
not balk at the idea of a three-year commitment Colangelo is demanding from
players.
或许2001是他把Kidd交易走，但是现在是USA篮球的头头 Jerry Colangelo，
希望Kidd为山姆大叔打2008的北京奥运篮球赛。
Kidd告诉作者，Colangelo联络他的经纪人关於为美国队打球，
而且他也在考虑这件事情。
而他的家人也必须跟随着他。Kidd开玩笑到时他可能成为球队的第11,12人。
Kidd则没有阻止还有三年时间正在要求球员的Colangelo。（这段不大清楚，请见谅）
