RAM_记忆体 ：2048MB
VGA_显示卡 ：ASUS EAH5450 Series
HDD_硬碟 ：WDC WD5000AAKS-60Z1A0 (465 GB) NTFS
CD-DVD_烧录机 ：HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50
各组件已使用时间、使用情况：4年、状况良好、速度稍慢

问题详述：
如下图所示：

播放影片时
同时用Print Screen SysRq键撷取画面
再贴到小画家或ＰＨＯＴＯＳＨＯＰ等软体上後没问题
但是一旦按下另存新档後
马上显示以上这种全黑的画面
请问要如何调校
才能使电脑正确撷图？
