Position: FI Sales Assistant (Contractor)
Location: Taipei
Job Description:
To input trades into the various applications for deal capture
Roll over deposit for clients
Daily reporting - Prepare daily flow report, Vol runs, hit ratios etc
To ensure daily CC's are accurately allocated to sales
To ensure all client details are accurately entered into management
reporting system
To prepare and update presentation materials for Sales pitch
To liaise with Back and Middle office across products to ensure smooth
operations and to deal with any issues / problems which arise
Assistance with input of unwind portfolios and block split when necessary
Familiarity with bond and CDS settlements
To update call reports into CRM tools (Client1st)
To send research to clients and update the research distribution
To prepare structured products term sheets
To coordinate with client on-boarding team to ensure account setup
requests are actively followed
Criterias:
University degree holder
2-3 years in a middle / back office function
Good organizational skills and work ethic
Good spreadsheet skills (MS Office)
Excellent interpersonal skills – having a proactive approach with
people/issues
Excellent organization skills and independently managing their own
workflow – process orientated.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working independently without being
micro managed – self motivated although team work is essential
Criterias:
