According to the post No.2933, Chang said
Please also announce this new rule to all other group members.
In particular, I refuse to revise any paper that is due within
one week, and do not allow any of you to submit such a paper
without my revision (for a journal or a conference paper).
Therefore, we won't have such opportunity in the future. :P
