使用者 RTmonster 於 NSYSU_EE97-2 重制数篇网路文章，
藉此提高其有效文章数以满足 Gamesale 发表文章限制。
依触犯不当更动帐号数值管理办法第二条第六款，
处有效文章数归零、分身帐号砍除、停权两周。
NSYSU_EE97-2 於 RTmonster 用於违规行为时已逾三个月无成员文章发表，
依不当更动帐号数值管理办法第十三条第二款第三项，取消发文奖励。
