I got a chance to have breakfast with one of the authors - Gerard J. Tellis
this month. Actually, this book is published 6 years ago, not after the
"Blue Ocean Strategy". Prof. Tellis is an India-American, had his BS degree
at the university of Bombay and his PhD degree at University of Michigan.
His past researches focus on the advertising and financial returns to
marketing. He currently shifted his research interests to market entry
strategy, new product development, innovation, and pricing issues.
I will try to get his signature if I could.XD
