Joe Philbin has been fired as head coach of the Miami Dolphins after a 1-3
start.

Philbin, 24-28 in Miami since taking over in 2012, became the first head
coach in the NFL to lose his job this season.
Philbin自2012接掌海豚，四个球季加起来的成绩是24胜28负。
他也是今年NFL球季第一位面临失业命运的总教练。
The Dolphins had high expectations entering the 2015 season, but have been
disorganized during their three-game losing streak. The Dolphins have been
outscored 91-48 since Week 1.
海豚队原先被球迷与球评寄予高度期望，但在三连败期间球队整合似乎失灵了。
他们自从第一周拿胜後的三场比赛，总失分高达91，总得分却只有48。
Dan Campbell will serve as Miami's interim head coach for the remainder of
the season. Campbell had been the Dolphins' tight ends coach.
原先负责球队tight ends教练职务的Dan Campbell，将会成为今年海豚剩余球赛
的代班总教练。

心得︰不算意外的消息。其实自从2013年海豚爆出老将对待新秀的方式
有疑似霸凌的丑闻後(也就是伊柯格尼托以各种方式羞辱Jonathan Martin)，
很多人对海豚教练管控球员的品质就多了一层疑虑。
最近的低潮无疑更是导致海豚老板丧失对Philbin信任程度的最後一根稻草
而且会对海豚士气雪上加霜的传闻是︰
就连原本应该在球队低潮挺身而出的队长Ryan Tannehill，
也曾经在练球时不满意practice squad players的表现，
愤而说出对他们有不尊重与辱骂式的言语
比方说「Enjoy your practice squad paycheck,
enjoy your practice squad trophy」
