... after a comprehensive investigation, we have concluded that, in connection
with the AFC Championship Game, it is more probable than not that New England
Patriots personnel participated in violations of the Playing Rules and were
involved in a deliberate effort to circumvent the rules
关於Brady的参与:
Based on the evidence, it also is our view that it is more probable than
not that Tom Brady [the quarterback for the Patriots] was at least generally
aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving
the release of air from Patriots game balls.
基本上，报告指出 球队人员 McNally 和 Jastremski 有故意放球的气
而根据证据，球团老板 Kraft 和 教练 Belichick 应该是不知情的
但 Brady 若没有参与，至少也是知道 M 和 J 有故意漏气的事情。
在事件刚爆发时，球团和Brady都有出来开记者会，其中Brady说他原本连
McNally的名字都不知道，更没有指示要放气。
虽然报告很详尽，但当然大家还是各说各话，Brady爸马上跑出来说:
「联盟根本是找台阶下啦，根本没有足够的证据！！」
不过Vegas己经把爱国者开幕战赌盘取消了，大家在等Brady会不会被处罚…
