关於自慰出血的罕见病例报告，住院病历如下：
Chief Complaint:(主诉）
Massive bleeding of penis due to OGC today
(今日因OGC而导致阴茎大出血)
Present Illness:（现在病状）
This 20-year-old male patient had hypermasturbationism with poor control
before.
(该二十岁男性病人以前患有难以控制的过度手淫症。）
The disease first took place when he was 10 years old, with initial presentat-
ion of involuntarily exposing his little tiny penis to young pretty girls.
(他十岁开始发病，且一开始的症状会不由自主地把他那细小可爱的阴茎掏出来给正妹看)
However, the immatured penis neither erects nor ejaculates.
(然而，不成熟的阴茎是不会勃起与射精的。）
He felt very sad then and was always sneered by those pretty girls
（他那时感到十分难过，而且总是成为正妹的笑柄）
He hadn't made his way until he was 13 years old, with crazily rubbing his
penis with sand papers.
(直到13岁时，他才疯狂地用砂纸摩擦他的阴茎而达到勃起与射精的目的。）
Unfortunately, that hurt his penis and chagned its nature anatomy.
（不幸的，这样的做法伤了他的阴茎并改变了其本来的解剖构造。）
The rare case revealed transposition of urethral orifice to ventral aspect of
penis adjacent to scrotum,so called hypospadia, were examinated.
(这样罕见的病例显示尿道开口移位到阴茎腹侧靠近阴囊位置，称做尿道下裂。）
The anomaly resulted in difficulty in normal urination,erection,and ejaculati-
on.
(这种畸型导致排尿困难，勃起与射精的异常。）
Retro-ejaculation to bladder and post-masturbated hematuria were usually
symptoms.
(逆行性射精至膀胱与自慰後的血尿为常见症状。）
This condition kept on-and-off and with refractory to common medical therapy.
(这种状况时好时坏，一般医疗方法也对此相当棘手。）
Today he suffered from massive bleeding about 4 liters of penis after he
underwent masturbation through hammer hit in order to obtain orgasm.
(今天他为了获得快感，用铁鎚敲打阴茎来自慰，结果造成阴茎大出血约4公升。）
At ER, first hemostasis was done through microscope and intravenous catheter
was established.
（在急诊室，透过显微镜初步止血与静脉注射管路已建立）
After vital signs were stable, he was hospitalization to GU ward for further
evaluation and treatment.
(在生命迹象稳定後，他被送入泌尿科病房住院以进行进一步的评估与治疗。）
Review of System &
Physical Examination
(节录重要部分）
GU system: pin-sized and mushroom-like penis, with sticky blood clots, 3
stitches of 6-0 sutured on gland of penis
(针头大小，蘑菇形状的阴茎，上头有浓厚的血块，龟头上已缝3针6个o
的缝线）
Provisional Diagnosis:(初步诊断）
1. Penile crashing injury (阴茎压砸伤）
2. Acquired hypospadia (後天尿道下裂）
3. Refractory hypermasturbationism syndrome (顽固性过度自慰症候群）
4. Undifined psychiatric disorder (未定义的精神疾患）
Plans: （治疗计画）
1. Arrangement of sugergy of urethroplasty (安排尿道成形术）
2. Continue packed RBC transfusion (继续浓厚红血球输血）
3. Follow up CBC, elactrolytes, BUN/Creatinine（追纵全血球数、电解质与肾功能）
4. Consultation of psychiatrist (照会精神科医师）
