刚收到图书馆寄来的一封信
4/29 晚间至5/2上午暂停图书预约、续借等相关服务
亲爱的读者，您好：
本馆因进行新旧自动化系统转换，服务异动如下：
※图书借阅相关服务：
配合本馆5月2日（周一）改以新系统进行借还书服务，4月29日晚上10:00至5月2日上午
8:00将进行新旧系统资料转档作业，届时除了借还书服务外，将暂停图书预约、图书续借
、自助借书机、新证办理及建档、线上修改个人资料、各式通知单传递等服务。
若您有图书预约、图书续借、线上修改个人资料之需求，烦请避开暂停服务时间，建议
您提前办理，不便之处，敬请见谅。
5月2日当日，除自助借书机至下午才恢复服务之外，其他服务将於上午8:00起以新系统
服务。
In response to launch new information system on Monday, May 2nd. Library is
going to transform the databases from 10:00 p.m. April 29th to 8:00 a.m. May
2nd. In the meanwhile, library could only provide borrowing and returning
services. The book request, renewal, personal records revise, self-checkout
system, new library card application and library notices will be temporarily
out of service. Should you have any requests all of the above, please make
sure to submit before the maintenance time.
Library will resume all services from 8:00 a.m. May 2nd, except the service
of self-checkout system which will restart until the afternoon.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your
cooperation.
※纸本期刊服务：
纸本期刊因更换新系统，需重新建档及推刊，可能造成现刊卷期延迟上架，如急需用刊
时请於上班时间(周一至周五8:30-17:00)洽二楼资料处理区工作人员。
※书刊荐购服务：
本馆书刊荐购功能，为配合图书馆新系统上线，将於5月2日(一)开始提供服务。
相关说明如下：
1. 适用对象：限本校教职员工生。
2. 每人每月可推荐书刊册数以5笔为限。
以上异动造成您的不便，敬请见谅。
