期初干事会的时间已经确定罗
时间：9/23(四) 18:10
地点：商馆608
烦请各干事、活动执行长、系队队长出席
此外,请於9/21(日) 22:00 之前
将本学期所需的工作报告书、企划书、预算表寄到我的信箱
[email protected]
(注意喔..没寄来的人..可能会有拿不到经费的後果喔..~~)
(系队队长不需缴交企划书, 但必须缴交各队目前所拥有的资产清单)

希望大家都能准时出席,整个干事会尽量控制在2~2个半小时
