Has to be furnitured with a bed and it would be great if the flat has a kitchen (and of course washing machine and air conditioner). But that is not mandatory. I would like to life with local people but of course I would also be happy to life with foreigners (if possible, with at least one guy - my girlfriend is a bit jealous :D). They should be open minded, of course friendly and it would be great if they are willing to show me a little bit of their live and Taipei and stuff. The area is not so important (because I dont know which one I should prefer - maybe a bit green) but the flat should be nearby some MRT or Bus and some shopping possibilities (super market). Would be cool if I could drive to NCCU by bike. If possible, not on main roads or other loud places. I can pay up to 12000 TWD maximum (but with utilities included). Does that sound achievable? If not, than I take what I get :D --
