各位明天是我带泳，一样晚上六点新体准时集合，
因为快要鲨姐社课了，所以大家把强度提升一下吧!
旧生打水800四式1000耐力1000
新生打水500四式500耐力1000
假又!!
hi everybody it's me again, we'll be practicing at 6 PM at 新体
the menu will be stronger tomorrow but i believe we can pull through~

喔对了鲨姐社课延期罗，是这礼拜午和五礼拜二!!
