"If everything goes well, the hope is he'll play next week,'' Carlisle said of Stojakovic. "But that's if all goes well.'' Stojakovic (left knee) and Beaubois (left foot) both stayed behind on this three game road trip. Carlisle said he's hopeful that Stojakovic might play on Monday against Cleveland, the only home game before the Mavericks go back out on another three game trip. "His workouts have to continue to go the right direction in terms of conditioning and rehab on the knee,'' Carlisle said. When asked who plays first, Beaubois or Stojakovic, he said: "Who's back first? Peja, if all goes well. Roddy's doing better, but he's not there yet.''
