f_n(x)的定义是:
当x为有理数，且x写成最简分数时的分母小於等於n时，f_n(x)=1，否则f_n(x)=0
f_n-->f pointwise 的原因是:
给定x
若x为无理数，
则对所有n, f_n(x)=0=f(x)
若x为有理数，x写成最简分数的分母是m
则对所有n>m，f_n(x)=1=f(x)
