Definition of circumcenter: the point at which the perpendicular bisectors of
the sides of a triangle intersect and which is equidistant from the three
vertices
Definition of excenter: the center of an escribed circle
circumcenter定义就是外心(外接圆的圆心)。
excenter的定义就是旁心(旁切圆的圆心)。
台大图书馆所有英英辞典均未收录escenter。
这牵涉到的数学概念很简单，英文也不难。
日文也是如此翻译:
外接円の中心を外心 (circumcenter)
傍接円の中心を傍心（ぼうしん、excenter）

我又再一次仔细查阅英国和美国出版的英英辞典。我可以很肯定地说:
外心: circumcenter(美式英语)；circumcentre(英式英语)。
旁心: excenter(美式英语)；excentre(英式英语)。
