仅有平移的状况下
y = log_a x和y = a^x对y = x对称
=> a = b
将y = b^x + 3/2平移(d,-d)
得y = b^(x - d) + (3/2) - d
= b^(x - 1/2) + c
=> d = 1/2，c = 1
