1.如果是求(x/y)
因为csc^2 A=8xy/(x+2y)^2 >=1
=> 8xy >= (x+2y)^2
=> x^2 -4xy +4y^2 <=0
=> (x-2y) =< 0
=> x-27=0
=> x=2y
(x/y)=2
