标题[高等机率论] Borel-Cantelli Lemma 一问

想请问一题机率论题目
是Rick Durrett的书"Probability:Theory and Examples"书里
第三版是在p.51的exercise 6.7
第四版是在p.60的exercise 2.3.2
Let 0≦X1≦X2... be random variables with EXn~an^α with a,α＞0,
and Var(Xn)≦Bn^β with β＜2α. Show that Xn/n^α→a almost surely.
目前知道:
EXn~an^α,也就是EXn/an^α→1 as n→∞,所以E(Xn/n^α)→a as n→∞.
Var(Xn/n^α)=[(1/n^α)^2]Var(Xn)
≦[(1/n^α)^2]Bn^β
=Bn^(β－2α)→0 as n→∞ since β－2α＜0.
我目前只了解这些条件，但我不晓得该如何说明Xn/n^α会收敛到a almost surely.
所以想请问版上有没有可以说明一下该如何去证得结果?
