For a point source at the origin, the three-dimensional neutron diffusion
equation becomes

-D▽ φ(ｒ) + K Dφ(ｒ) = Qδ(ｒ)
Apply a three-dimensional Fourier transform. Solve the transformed equation.
Transform the solution back into ｒ-space.
(注: D, K, Q都是常数)
不太会解三维的PDE，有高手能给点建议或是示范吗?
