标题[问题] 迟钝法球可以干扰到哪些牌

因为想知道迟钝法球对近代人类套牌的干扰程度
先前跟一些人有讨论过
但最近查了一下 又发现结论不太对
所以想贴文出来询问

从上面连结里面的答覆是
Champion of the parish's and Snapcaster Mage's abilites are both triggered
abilites ( they have the word 'when', 'whenever' or 'at' in them). Torpor Orb
says abilities don't trigger when creature's enter the battlefield. Hence
these are negated.
Phantasmal Image's ability does not have 'when', 'whenever' or 'at' in it,
hence it is not a triggered ability and is not negated and works as usual.
简单来说 迟钝法球对幻象身影没用
但对教区斗士有用 意思是迟钝法球在场上时 教区斗士不能变大
同理 莎利雅的副官不只不能帮别人变大 自己也不能变大
这个解答是正确的吗
另外 扰咒法师的文字没有'when', 'whenever' or 'at'
迟钝法球好像也对他无用
希望强者解惑一下
