I don't think Dillard (Mil) is eligible.
Dillard was 18 when he was drafted, but 19 when he signed, and I thought that
because he was 19 when he actually signed the contract that the four-year
limit would apply to him. However, I've seen a couple of references (several
years old) to the age being determined as of June 5 prior to the signing of
the contract. Dillard signed on May 27, 2003 - so since he was still 18 on
June 5, 2002, if that's still the rule then he is not eligible.
所以是我之前参考的中文资料错误罗。
另外这个国外乡民讨论今年 Rule V draft 名单的讨论串里也有个有趣的地方，
