标题[问题] 只能安装在RedHat上吗

我的OS 是Debian
然後我要安装的软体是这套
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/insight/releases/insight-6.4.tar.bz2
前几天老是装不起来
後来我上官网看
http://sources.redhat.com/insight/
才发现似乎是要在RedHat上才能跑

是不是我下载的那个档案只能装在Redhat上呢
如果我要装在Debian上是不是要去抓属於Debian的呢
还有就是，我抓的档案 insight-6.4.tar.bz2
不是己经是source档了吗？
可以用来编译在任何系统上了
怎麽会编不过呢？还是真的是系统的问题
