标题[问题] ubuntu 正体中文站进不去

嗨嗨各位前辈好
今天小弟要灌ubuntu啦，可是发现正体中文站进不去也没办法下载iso档欸，只能去英文
官网下载，不过下载速度超慢，请问有解吗？
想载桌面版18.04 64bits
