在Taking Rights Seriously(紫皮那一版) 第303页提到了
"In that case he has no argument of principle in favour of the statute,
but he may have the argument of policy all the same. If so, then he may
properly vote for the statute, and create a legal right where no
moral right existed, because the argument of policy would be sufficient
justification alone. "
请问 moral right 要怎麽翻译呢?
原本翻成"道德权利"
但查网路 moral rights的意思是"着作人格权"
放在这里的意思怪怪的
请给我指点吧 谢谢.
