一. (1)主权(sovereignty)之意义如何? 主权之性质.主权之归属,
其中以何说为近代立宪国家所普遍采行?
(2)民主的意义如何?
二. 依据中华民国宪法第二条规定:中华民国之主权属於国民全体
中华民国是不是一个主权独立的国家?
其地位与中华人民共何国有无关系?请说明之.
