Some might consider James’s performance a vindictive lesson for Lance Stephenson, who flashed James the choke sign in Game 3 — and, despite apologizing, he had to be separated from Miami’s Juwan Howard during pregame warm-ups. James said Stephenson was not worthy of a response and continued to act cool in the playoff crucible, relaxing with a book in the locker room after the game.
