checking account 是指支票帐户 给你开支票支领现金用的
write (bank) checks 是开支票固定用法
如果是要写文件之类的话 是开户时的步骤
不管开存款帐户(savings account)或是支票帐户都会有
所以依下文 B才是正解喔
