标题唉..果然不行了...

昨天不过下午打了两节课的羽毛球,然後再跟学弟们打一场垒球
结果今天竟然就累到全身酸痛爬不起来,瘫在床上睡到中午才起床
看来人果然是一过22岁身体就会开始老化了啊....
