Looking for a female roommate to sign a new 12 month lease for this luxury apartment
Rent is 1000 a month (Internet, water and electricity not included)
W/D in unit
Shared bathroom with another roommate
No parking
15 mins bus or 30 mins walk to UCLA
Right next to Shinsengumi and Sawtelle(Coco Nijiya ROC Tatsu Daiso Tsujita etc)
We have a cute orange indoor cat who is chubby friendly and lazy but will constantly steal your food
