针对Kobe的部份帮忙做个小翻译吧...

years. From triceps presses to calf raises to five-mile runs, Bryant has
added strength to an already quick frame. About to enter his second season
without former teammate Shaquille O'Neal to attract physical play in the
pain, Bryant will need the added size to get through the long NBA season in
one piece.
大家都知道在赛季结束後,Bryant还是每天练习几百个跳投。这位湖人球星近几年也增加
重量训练及强化心肺机能。从五英里的跑步中,Bryant在原本就有的敏捷之外更增加三头
肌和小腿肌的力量。Bryant知道他在没有O'Neal的第二个漫长球季中需要更强壮的体格以
对抗球场上激烈的肢体碰撞。
