After the workout -- one of several he's gone through in recent days -- Stoudemire wrote on Twitter that he'd "be back soon." Stoudemire underwent a debridement on his left knee on Oct. 31 and was expected to miss 6-8 weeks. So a Christmas return would fall within that timetable.
